My professional history at Covenant House began at 2005, as Volunteer Resident Adviser to a Resident

Advisor. I am willing to begin in your agency from this position to demonstrate my skills, education, and experience in

order to learn more and grow within the company. As a Masters' level Psychologist with a specialization in Non-profit

Management, I am a team player and a fast learner: during my volunteering at Covenant House I learned the ins and

outs of discharge planning and allocating the most appropriate resources for my clients during and after their crisis

shelter stay. I supervised, trained, and monitored all assigned work of volunteers and staff during my duty and reported

to my Coordinator. I assisted my Coordinator with creating monthly work schedule for the staff and volunteers.

Conducted internal audit of all client records to ensure they were in compliance with state regulations.

Developed and implemented performance improvement plans and managed progressive disciplinary process

as needed. Work experience included parenting young mothers, with mental health disabilities, drug abuse/use, and

emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. I had an opportunity to work on different departments at Covenant House New

York and gain experience and knowledge, which I am willing to bring to your company. I am excited about the
