T:DAX, Siemens(Netviewer, TNMS CT) and ECI Lightsoft (SDM16,uSDM, XDM1000, XDM100,
XDM500, BG20, BG40).
Performs circuit provisioning, reconfigurations, restorations and timely activations (e.g.
E1/DS3/STM1 up to higher capacity circuits).
Assists on implementation of network activities that can improve the stability of the network and
can ensure 99.9% network availability in accordance with the approved procedures to prevent service
degradation/outages.
Provide assistance on technical problem reported by carriers and other mobile operators and
Customer Care Centers interconnecting with the GSM network.
Administration of Trouble Ticketing Systems(Clarity) Database of Fault Management
Perform escalation and dispatch of field staff to resolve the network faults and outages to the
resolving unit prior to sending of tickets
Perform monitoring and tracking on the status of tickets and network faults.
Acts as assistant Team lead/acting Team lead to the shifting team. Provides guidance to new
Network Engineers.
STUDENT TRAINEE (On-the-job-Trainee)
Supported Technical issues related telecommunication in SBMA (Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority).
