Incorporated in May of 2012, Pinnacle Events has

generated revenue in excess of $5 million dollars over a

lapse of 3 years by hosting events inside retailers like

Sams Club, AAFES(military bases in the U.S), as well as

gas & oil companies that operate on real estate branded

as Shell, Valero, Chevron etc leading to expansion

campaigns in El Paso, TX, Albuquerque, NM, and Houston,

TX with our Fastwax client. Our 2nd client, Safelink, is

a campaign which is part of a federal program aiming to

distribute free cell phones to people w/ government

assistance. Responsibilities include, HR,

shipping/receiving, forecasting merchandise, placing

orders directly w/ supplier, interviewing, hiring/firing,

all aspects of banking, running daily sales meetings,

payroll, and accounting of the business. As of right now

I have delegated all these duties to my up and coming

managers in my business as I look for new ventures that

can be of good use from my expertise.

2009 - 20012

Entry Level Rep/Training Manager

Alamo Empire Events/ DFW Promotions-San Antonio, TX/

As an entry level rep, I was introduced to a new sales

atmosphere. Event Based marketing in which we would do

outside sales for an automotive client called FW1

Fastwax.Made the leap from sales rep, to a training

manager, then to assistant manager where I was assisting

the owner in the day-to-day operations as I was groomed

to take over my own corporation.

2009 - 2010

Personal Trainer/Training Sales/Training Director L.A

Fitness- Ft. Worth, TX

Responsible for developing fitness regiments for members

who were signed up to L.A fitness Pro Results program.

Later transitioned into Training Sales, selling packages

ranging from $2,000/ year up to $6,000/year. After 6

months promoted to Interim Training Director overseeing

day-to-day operations.Building relationships with

respective memebers, prospecting, cold-calling recent

membership sign ups to schdule fitness assesments which

we would sell training packages to.Setting daily, weekly,

monthly goals to ensure sales quota of $70,000/ month was

met.

As a young man, I was taught that there were 3 different

types of people in this world. #1, the ones who make

things happen. #2, the ones who watch things happen. And

#3, the ones who have no idea what is goin on. I love to

cultivate a WINNING ATMOSPHERE everywhere I go. With my

children, my wife, and circle of influence. I believe

every team, organization, or business should have an

example such as #1 in order for it to thrive. I believe

my experience, attitude, and mentality that has been

cultivated will help any business thrive, such as I have

Business Growth -Developed and built business from

start-up with 4 employees to generate 7-figure revenue

anually.

Increased sales year-over-year by recruiting and

developing marketing reps that could follow a management

training program that would allow them to be incentivized

in aspects of coaching, sales, and minimaliztion of

employee turnover.

Pioneered marketing campaigns with our Fastwax client

inside Sams Club in 2014 that to date, has allowed us to

grow into approximately 40 sams club locations around the

U.S.

Hired, trained, and supervised campaign managers in

remote locations, providing guidance in customer

satisfaction, effective ways to drive consistent sales,

developing sales scripts, and implemented a structured

cycle of development for future employees with the goal

of creating more managers within the company.
