is based on being Consulting Manager for the 5 Store Dealership.
• Directed Customer Success team and Internet Sales management team (7 Customer Success team members
and 2 Sr. Internet Managers)
• Created the Consumer lifecycle for the Dealership from a Service Department
• Increased return customer retention in Service by 85% on first time visitors after a sale
