Hercules Offshore. (Oil/Gas & Construction)-Operations-USA

Dec, 2006 - Feb, 2015. Project (Reliability & Maintenance) Coordinator.

Construction of over $1.2B Escravos Gas to Liquid (EGTL) Plant-Chevron.

• Assisted the Project Manager in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing,

erecting, upgrading, vacuum-fill various sizes and types of transformers from 900MVA GSU

to 1000kVA dry type.

• Performed operational planning, management, and execution of well projects

including drilling of both exploration and development wells, in addition to heavy workover

well..

• Estimated budgets and tracked and influenced costs of projects; developed cash flow forecasts,

ensured on time completion within budget.

• Prepared Bill of Material (BOM) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for Clients.

• Determined and communicated work package percent complete and percent committed

required for project financial “estimate at completion” forecasting.

• Engaged in pre-contract processes during project scope, schedule and cost development.

• Interfaced with other engineering fields and support functions to coordinate project

development, implementation and control.

• Performed programming, installation, testing, commissioning of Intelligent Electronics

Devices {IED (including relays, meters, and SCADA, DCS and other control devices)}.

Computerize Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Software Application Product

(SAP) and JDE.

• Responsible for all Electronics repairs on Wireline Logging tools like, gamma ray tools,

Neutron Tools, porosity tools, resistivity tools, involving programmable logic controller (PLC),

Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Distributed Control System (DCS).

• Troubleshoot, validated, tested and tuned simulation models using real-time and

historical data for optimal sensitivity.

• Managed the integrity and lifecycle of leak detection systems .

• Provided problem solving, continuous improvement and standardization efforts for LD-

related work process.

• Provided support to projects by developing code in FORTRAN programming language

to the leak detection system.

• Successfully Initiated and led a project team of over 40 members that impacted on the

community by installing locally designed UPS that provide power for the bulbs at the Bus

stop and 200m road for security reasons
