Vice President/Project Manager
Account management and business development of services for design, build, and install projects. Led a team of
10 staff members to support the Ecolab project and oversaw the work of 25 subcontractors that included specialty
suppliers, vendors, and engineering company personnel.
Key Accomplishment:
• Leading a multi-million dollar project for Ecolab, an eight month project due to complete in April, 2015.
• Successfully maintained the project within specified budget parameters and time frames while engaging
with plant operations management and Ecolab’s global engineering group.
Global Diving & Salvage Company 2014
General Manager – Gulf Coast Region
Managed all Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) services and tooling solutions in the Gulf of Mexico region and
for all international operations of a premier commercial diving company. Monitored all net income and expenses
and directly influenced resource allocation for the division. Successfully developed greater service opportunities
by creating new relationships with other diving and salvage operating regions. Increased the rate of emergency
response and the salvage business backlog.
Key Accomplishments:
• Managed staff of 75 personnel. Hired the senior equipment manager and shop superintendent.
• Penetrated new markets, including the Coast Guard and ROV operations.
• Instrumental in efforts that resulted in the acquisition of a new dive boat for the Gulf Coast region.

As an officer and director, assisted buyers and sellers to buy and sell small to medium service companies with
public and private investment capital. Developed a robust list of brokers who represented both buyers and sellers
to initiate transactions. Identified and attracted various buyers and sellers of midsized oilfield service companies.

Oceaneering International, Inc. 1991 to 2011
Program Development Manager – Oceaneering (Houston, TX) (2004-2011)
Identified new business opportunities for the division, which included proposal preparation for subcontracts and
teaming agreements. Served as point of contact and lead negotiator for division real estate needs, leases,
contractor work scope, pricing, and terms. Completed several special assignments to assess contracts for
improved performance and profitability.
Key Accomplishments:
• Grew and expanded the division’s work within new governmental and commercial markets from $20M to
over $60M.
• Oversaw the selection team that identified and approved the developer and contractor who built the
division’s custom facility.
• Negotiated a below market rate lease extension for 10 year period for the division’s current facility.
Director – Oceaneering Remote Intervention, Advanced Technologies (Upper Marlboro, MD) (1999-2004)
Maintained corporate wide responsibility for government and commercial nuclear business operations, which
included focus on legacy waste sites; providing remote and automated solutions for waste site clean-up; and
Department of Energy relationships. Led organizational effort to acquire NQA-1 certification. As a start-up
division, assisted in the creating avenues that led to $15M in annual revenues. Supported business development
activities for the United States Navy and Subsafe programs (Department of Defense).

• Managed east and west coast operations.

Navy Nuclear program proposals.
Manager – Oceaneering Remote Intervention (Richland, WA) (1994-1999)
Spearheaded the start of the Oceaneering government and commercial nuclear business streams by successfully
initiating and implementing contracts at several nuclear utility and Department of Energy sites.

• Established two remote intervention offices (Hanford and INEEL).
Program Development Manager – Oceaneering Space Systems (Houston, TX) (1991-1994)
Provided oversight for all aspects of business development, including proposal preparation, team development
and subcontracting, and lead identification. Established the Space Systems Division as a premier space flight
hardware supplier.

• Oversaw company cultural transition during the acquisition of ILC Space Systems Division in 1992.
