programs to help them transition from their old ERP system to the new SAP-

based ERP system.

o Developed soft skill training modules in the form of Mailcasts (short

flash based training content in mails) for the IBM HR team. Created

assessments, interactivities scripted voice-overs for Podcasts and

Quickviews (Summary). Created and maintained style guides for

standardization.

Position: Associate Writer

Duration: October 2003 - April 2006

o Created e-learning courses for clients such as Dendrite International and

CompassLearning. One of them was a simulation based course for a client

application. I gained complete functional clarity on the application and

acted as the SME for the entire application know-how.

o Designed a training program for an online algebra course, for students of

grades four to eight. Designed the course structure and conceptualized

storyboards and interactivities. Conducted ID reviews and facilitated or

assisted SME reviews.
