As Chief Risk Officer, GK Foods: oversee the risk management processes and

internal control management systems across the GK Foods Division

(Caribbean, North America, and Europe) and guide compliance and execution

through the use of the Balanced Scorecard. Support the achievement of

culture change across the Division through ongoing training and engagement

in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Achieved 100% compliance with

Internal, External & self-audit findings. Developed and optimized BSC

reporting tool for senior executives that improved business unit reporting

and alignment.

As General Manager Managed the development and full implementation of the

strategic plans for a full service distribution business; provided guidance

on sales, marketing & operations for the business in order to meet profit

and volume goals. Achieved the successful restructuring of the business

unit & highest pre-tax profit since inception.

As Business Development Manager, Negotiate and manage the 3PL contract for

a 235,000 sq. ft. Distribution Centre & developed the contract

manufacturing businesses for four (4) Jamaican based food processing

plants. Developed a sustainable cold storage warehousing business; on-

boarded three new third party clients for manufacturing. Achieved three

successive years of full KPI achievement for the Distribution Centre

operations.
