organization provides community-based care and support to the growing number of stigmatized children and disintegrating family structures

against the stigma surrounded them.

• Follow up the proper implementation of community mobilization and awareness raising activities target the fear and

misconception of HIV in the community. A total of 46 volunteer caregivers trained and assisted critically ill bed ridden

patients with activities of daily living and make referral to hospitals and clinics

• Provide counseling training for Caregivers specifically grief counseling which helps children, as well as their caregivers

to understand and respond to the possible behavioral changes that occur as a result of the trauma of losing loved ones

and parents. Also provided memory box orientation 146 Dying parents put mementos, photos and items of significance

in the boxes for their children.

• A fter 2 year successful counseling services promoted to project coordinator position. Provide counseling services for

600 Orphans and caregivers during their challenging situation
