allowed to engage in business with LLA.

w Responsible for construction procurement within the Company. Annual
buy averaged $750M - $1B.
w Directly managed 5 employees (Purchasing Manager, 2 Buyers, Operations
Analyst, and Sr. Procurement Administrator) and indirect performance

Construction and Project Managers, and Superintendents.
w Responsible for asset management procurement assistance to 10 sites in
the US (housing inventory of over 40,000).
