experience, SBE/M/WBE Certifications of every company prior to being
allowed to engage in business with LLA.

w Responsible for construction procurement within the Company. Annual
buy averaged $750M - $1B.
w Directly managed 5 employees (Purchasing Manager, 2 Buyers, Operations
Analyst, and Sr. Procurement Administrator) and indirect performance
approval of 15 employees. Indirect reporting line of all Site
Construction and Project Managers, and Superintendents.
w Responsible for asset management procurement assistance to 10 sites in
the US (housing inventory of over 40,000).
w Developed annualized plan which resulted in increased savings greater
than 20% per year over 4 year period.

w Created procurement policy and established operational procedures

w Performed new project set-up and start-up on 4 privatized military
sites which included hiring personnel, establishing office operations
