to-day HR operations of the Corporate office.
Saved $250,000 in premiums per year through redesign of the benefit programs, including transition from
self-insured medical to a full medical plan.
Worked with senior corporate management in development and implementation of company-wide
personnel policies and practices, ensuring full legal compliance and communication of company values.
Responded to all EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and regulatory agencies; including conducting investigations,
evaluation of issues, and recommendation of action.

Created full spectrum of human resources operations for company that had 73 employees at the time of hire,
and grew to over 400 employees, 300 workers with disabilities, and 32+ locations across the State of New
Mexico.
Annually updated all personnel policies and practices to ensure full legal compliance.
Developed and improved safety and worker’s compensation programs to reduce claims and ensure safe work
practices, including Bloodborne Pathogen safety, lifting/transferring, and OSHA reporting.
