Improved lead times through a winning combination of first in/first out strategy, supermarket pull systems, Kanban
systems, continuous flow, and other methods.
Performed value stream mapping for each phase of the wing panel assembly process, including machining,
debarring, NDTs, saturation shot blasting, and other steps.
Performance Analysis of Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine Blade with different Airfoil at Root & Tip sections.
Redesigned the blade with a more efficient airfoil at various section of blade geometry to achieve better aerodynamic
performance.
Performed computational fluid dynamic analysis by using Ansys CFX to validate the numerical result.
