visits, extended overnight stays, medication distribution, special needs animals, puppy & elderly care, private
boarding, pet taxi, and mild grooming. As I am self employed, I schedule bookings and the rest of this at my

Responsibilities include: key holder, open and closing salon. Locking/ unlocking door, set up computer and
inventory daily. Go over daily specials with the owner and pass along all info to staff. Assist & supervise cleaning
& special care of equipment. Hold staff accountable of sales quota requirements, proper product & service
knowledge, standards of customer service. My responsibility to make bi-weekly cleaning schedule, training

In charge of membership sales as well a personal training sales. Responsibilities were collecting leads and
referrals to set up appointments to bring in potential members. Giving tours of the facility, going over the
different membership offers, type up guest passes, and over seeing club and front desk in the GM's absence.
I was required to obtain 15 fresh leads daily, as well as have 10 set appointments, and make a minimum of
75 calls every day. A daily and monthly quota of memberships and personal training packages required for
myself and the club. Setting up member's first initial personal train appointments. Log all shows, no shows,
tours given, calls made, guest passes and walk ins. I assisted the front desk during their breaks and busy
times. During evenings and weekends I supervised the club, check labor costs, and handled any problems
as management was off.
