Manufacturing/Sourcing Administrative Support

Responsible for performing general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the

telephones, scheduling trainings and events, copying, faxing, etc.) supporting departmental activities.

• Maintained purchasing documents, files and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, vendor files, etc.)

ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory

guidelines.

• Organized and executed event for over 150-175 active participants that resulted in effective team

building at all levels through the organization.

• Acted as the account manager for office supplies and equipment vendors, assigning rights to staff as

needed.
