CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

FEA Analyst Engineer: the structural analysis done to the conveyor structure has been one of my achievements in

my career. The static and dynamic analysis including natural frequencies applied to the 1.8 Km steel structure

including motors, vibrators, among others. The mechanical design done to the structure itself was contracted by SKF

International services in Venezuela. CAD (AutoCad and SolidEdge) and FEA (Algor) software tools were critical to

the completion of the project.

Steam Specialist Engineer: been working for over 10 years in steam energy audits for industrial plants, being my

major achievement the steam energy audit done at Frito Lay, La Grita plant, in Venezuela. 3D PID plans were done by

using AutoCad, identifying steam traps, valves and accessories. Followed the maintenance plan using the PID to

develop the tag ID coding per equipment and based on that, specify the replacement needed. Steam tables,

Autocad, Solid Edge and Excel were critical for this application.

Renewable Energy Engineer: Design of the biggest thermal solar system in the southern US, and the Caribbean

(30,000 sqft thermal panels). Steady State and transient heat transfer analysis, pump and piping design, VFD system

design using Allen Bradley Power Flex 525 . Autocad, Algor (CFD plug in), TRNSYS (Transient Heat Transfer),

Pump Flo and Pipe Flo software used.
