My duties include supervision of building all jigs used to produce solar modules. My duties also
include supervising and teaching employees how to build solar troughs to specifications in all
areas of construction. I also monitor the q- photo and do periodic maintenance to make sure all
jigs remain in working order to specifications. I do all torque Checks, fill out reports on all
modules, check q-photo, and handle all maintenance problems as they arise during production. I
also check all materials and make sure materials are within specifications.
Check for proper installation of modules into collectors, check level on all collectors and schott
tubes using optical levels and water levels, check for proper function of all hydraulic and
computerized turning components, and also filled out daily sheets for all work completed. Did the
final inspection before project is handed over to the new owners.
