With a passion for success and a wonderful work ethic I am able to thrive in any work environment, especially
in that of an office setting. I have an overwhelming need to get the job done correctly, efficiently, and as close to
perfect as possible while still being time efficient. I love being able to help people get what they desire, and to do so
with as much ease for the client as possible. I have impeccable communication skills, and can navigate my way
around a computer. I have multiple years of customer service experience, and I am a very fast learner. Also, I have a
passion for organization, and I love doing paperwork and filing. I would love to be given the opportunity to work at your
orthodontic office, and I am positive that I would be a wonderful addition to your team. Thank you very much for your
time and consideration for me in the position of Customer Service Representative, and I hope this merits a favorable
response.

Volunteer Work
Home Health Care: Winder, GA June 2010 – October 2012
August 2013 October 2013
Working as a volunteer in home health as a non medical associate was very rewarding for me. While
•
doing this work I assisted the client in most all morning and nightly routines, I performed different exercises
with the client to maintain physical health, and I prepared meals and kept the house picked up. I also provided
the client with company and companionship.
Work Experience
Stevi B’s Pizza Buffet: Winder, GA June 2009 July 2011
Line Cook/Crew Member: I was responsible for working at the cash register, answering the telephone, being of service to
the customers. On certain shifts I worked the food line, and buffet. In doing this I prepared the foods, and made sure the
buffet stayed stocked.
Little Caesars: Buford, GA January 2011 November 2 012
Shift leader: As a shift leader I saw to it that all employees were working and using time efficiently. I also worked on
paperwork, and placed orders when necessary. I opened and closed the store, and assured the safe was correct on all shifts.
The Shoe Dept.: Smyrna, TN November 2013 March 2014
Store Associate: My duties involved seeing to the customers’ needs, organizing boxes, and the entire store, cleaning, and
working the register. I also helped to open and close the store.
American Child Care: Nashville, TN January 2015-Current
Caregiver: Working in the infant room required being able to work in a fast paced environment while
paying attention to details. I assisted in changing diapers, feeding babies. I also tidy up the room
after playtime, and play with the children. We did readings, listened to music, and did other fun
activities to stimulate their brains. I worked full time with a co-teacher.
