Adobe Royalty project is to replace the current Vantive platform as a
royalty solution at Adobe and reengineer all royalty revenue and expense
processes into the prospective new solution. All accounting for revenue
share arrangements resulting in income to Adobe would launch from the new
solution. All accounting for royalty expense related to third party
intellectual property and any other obligations such as revenue share, etc.
would launch from the new solution called VISTEX. All business activity

needs, Neotel engaged TCS to conduct a high level study, review the current
SAP implementation and provide gap analysis. We are now working on
