Responsibilities
I am currently working in the medical records department for a radiologist office. I handle all processing of
records and releasing them to the doctors' offices in a timely manner. I am also responsible for taking request
from other facilities or patients and process them in a timely manner whether it be geting records ready, their
images to a cd or printed and handle STAT orders. I am needing something in my area (Summerlin).

At this position my duties include welcoming patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person
or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. I do prepare for our patients by processing all necessary
insurance information and verifying all proper payments to be received. It is also my responsibility to maintain
business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed
supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service

CIMA - Las Vegas, NV - November 2013 to May 2014
I worked in the home visits department at CIMA Medical Center. At this position I was in charge of scheduling
patients, which would include me calling daily to establishing care for new patients, as well as prior patients. I
would also process DME orders(ex. diabetic supplies, walkers, canes, beds, etc.) My duties also included me
verifying prescriptions with pharmacies and also daily interaction with doctors and home health providers to
process paperwork that had been signed by the physician. Was let go as this did not not turn full time.
Office Assistant
A Caring Friend Home - Las Vegas, NV - June 2013 to November 2013
This was my first job having moved here in June. At this position I was assistant to the office manager and the
owner. I had number of tasks that I would carry out at this position. I would answer phones and transfer to the
appropriate staff member. It would be my duty to also take and distribute accurate messages and greet the
public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member. It would be my responsibilty to fax, scan and
copy documents, maintain office filing and storage systems, update and maintain databases such as mailing
lists, contact lists and client information retrieve information when requested. I worked maximum 25 hours a
week and left due to lack of work.
Receptionist/Tax Preparer
H&R Block - Seminole, TX - November 2007 to March 2013
This job was part-time. I would work evenings from 5pm-10 pm as well as my other jobs. Took phone calls.
Set appointments. Filed tax returns. Took payments from clients. Ran errands for the owner.
In 2012 I did process taxes. I have a tax preparers number but it needs to be renewed.
This job was seasonal.
Radiology Clerk
Seminole Memorial Hospital - Seminole, TX - July 2007 to June 2010
I helped the Techs when needed. Set up appoinments for MRI's, Cat scans and ultrasound, in which I would
also prep the patients.I interactted with Doctors, nurses on daily basis. I faxed reports, answered phones, took
messages and did the billing for our radilogist.
