To attain the ultimate position in "Marine"/ "oil and gas" industry.

1988 to Date

I have about 25 years' experience of working in an environment where

management/Administration /Quality assurance/Shore- Ship management and HR

functions are the key factors to run an efficient and well-organised

vessels and managing office, with having knowledge and implementation of

company policies and international/national legislations such as MARPOL/

SOLAS/ STCW/ISGOT/ISO 9001, 14001/OHSAS 18001, MLC-2006, waste management

and environmentally sensitive areas etc, in compliance with

corporate/industrial and regulatory requirements.

Served in "Ionian Ship Management LLC" as a "Vetting Manager/ DPA and CSO".

Managing Oil Fleet of 12 Vessels and 03 Off Shore Supply tugs, with regards

to Vetting and QHSE internal/External audits, administration and HR

functions.

I have developed successfully this management company from the scratch in a

record time with regards to all sort of industrial requirements/inspections

and certifications, reporting to Managing Director.

Year 2013

I have worked in "GULF SHIPPING MARITIME EST", ABU DHABI as a Senior

Manager Administration- QHSE/MARINE (OFF SHORE). It has Fleet of

AHT/TOWING/OSV/DP VESSELS; PROVIDE FULL SCOPE OF OFF SHORE SERVICES,

Performing the duties of Acting General Manager in his absence who was the

owner of the Company.

Short Description

- Administration/Management.

- Maintain the vessels as per ADMA-OPCO, ZADCO, NPCC, ADNOC, ARAMCO,

ENOC, PPA, Flag State, class and international conventions

/legislations /IMO standards. Inspect the vessels to ensure QHSE

standards and compny policies are being complied. Coordinate, liaise

with department heads and masters for smooth and safe operation as per

client requirements/ Suitablity surveys.

- Provide office based support to masters/chief engineers, monitor daily

report, defect report, PMS.

- Review and follow-up of Near miss/incident/Riskasessment/Investigation

and reporting...

- Liaising with maintenance and procurement team.

- Port operations, deal with authorities.

- HR functions, arrange training and safety inductions for the sea and

office staff.

- To provide management guidelines to establish safe system of work and

to continually assess their effectiveness through

documented reporting.

- Managing logistic support for Marine services.

2006 to 2012

. Joined V-Ships Singapore, Served as a "Project Manager" and left as a

"General Manager Administration/Management". Managing Oil Fleet/Off

Shore vessels, (AHT, OSV, Towing, DP vessels, VLCC and Aframax tankers

Foreign Going). Include FPSO namely P-58, P-62 and P-74, the

Conversion/Construction projects of Petrobras, Brazil.

. Managing/Administrating these projects during Conversion/Construction

at Shipyard in Singapore, and then these vessels were handed over by

me to off shore fields in, BRAZIL and P-77 to China after completion.

. Major projects are "Belida Project" "Banyu Urip". Other Conversion

Projects OSX vessels, FSO Mayumba, FSO Federal-1 / Federal-2. (Kick-

off meetings, Conversion, Commissioning, and Hook-up Phase,

procurements and logistics support).

. In addition to this, FSU Jade Palms/Off Shore Oil Storage and

distributing project, in Malaysian waters was under my supervision

from QHSE audits to Operation and staffing to procurements including

dealing with authorities.

. Preparing, implementing and monitoring tender documents for Marine

projects.

. Internal / External audits, Pre- Vetting, Oil Majors etc. Organising

and conducting management meetings.

. Develop monthly statistics for the vessel's safety / Commercial

performance.

1999 to 2006

Associated with," Shell Ship Management Ltd". Isle of Man, UK sailing in

Oil Fleet as a master on VLCC, AFRAMAX, CRUDE and PRODUCT tankers all over

the world. Have well experience of dry docking.

Served as a MANAGER "HR/Administration", in "CHEMTEC" Pakistan, a

multinational organisation.

I attained MBA degree in Human Resource Management and Finance with

distinction. Internship for Business Administrations was completed with Pak

National Shipping Corp. and Habib Bank, both reputable institutions.

1996 to 1998

Employed in foreign shipping companies,(FML & IC Shipping/ Chief Off and

Second Off.(Bulk Carrier/Product Tankers)

1988 to 1996

Employed in Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, joined as a Deck Cadet
