• Efficiently streamlined the commission/incentive calculation process. As the owner of the
commission process, from development through settlement, greatly reduced the man hours
needed to settle each quarter’s commission run.
• Lead the CRC process where I worked within company guidelines, and customer credit
needs, to structure deals that delivered sales for the company while meeting our customer’s
f inancing needs.
• Successfully created and implemented the corporate Treasury function at WMS. As the
Lead bank liaison for the company, implemented the daily Cash Position report, wire
t ransfers (EFT and ACH), Positive Pay, Long and Short Term Investing and maintained the
bank relationships. Also implemented all aspects of Treasury Accounting: cash accounting,
journal entries, and bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Spear-headed the banking aspect and needs of the Wide-Area Progressive (“WAP”)
business. Was in constant dialogue with both Compliance and various state Gaming Boards
to open and maintain the unique funding needs of each jurisdiction that the company placed
i ts WAP products.
