including labor hours, error rates, and costs. Drive implementation of

Lean methods as required to reduce cost, improve quality, reduce

working capital, improve cash flow, and achieve a superior

first pass cycle counting percentage from 82% to 98% through

implementation of first in, first out material cycling, date labeling

and tighter controls on handling material.
