• Implemented a noise abatement program, consisting of multiple mini-

projects requiring communication within the facility and with outside

vendors, utilizing technical knowledge, ability to learn quickly,

thorough planning and follow up, as well technical skills and

inventiveness. This project included many aspects of design and

development and or adjustment of existing manufacturing processes.

• Specified, ordered and expedited materials, components and

services from outside sources.

• Authored and performed both process and equipment qualifications

and validations for custom tooling and equipment.

• Set up and implemented a Lock-Out Tag-Out procedure to comply

with OSHA regulations.
