2014-Present, Project Manager, Coast Sign
As a Project Manager, I am currently in charge of running 107 job sites.
With a 4 million dollar budget this year, I am responsible for meeting
manufacturing, installation and billing deadlines. We are installing 3 -5
jobsites a week. I work in a very fast paced environment and with very good
success. I manage five different crews a week to meet our install goals..
2013-2014SCR West
As a C33 contractor I am responsible for running all aspects of the
business. I maintain tight schedule and make sure all work is done
according to company policy. When running a business, there is a lot to do,
so you have to be proficient at everything, but here are a few examples
maintaining all books, doing take offs, reading blue prints, estimating,
running crews, and customer service.
2012-2013 Project Manager, Millcraft Inc.
As a Project Manager, I am well versed in construction management and
trade. My main responsibility was to insure jobs were manufactured and
installed on time. I would read blue prints and submittals. In charge of
take offs, ordering and installations. Customer service was my top
priority.
2005-2012 Project Manager, Armstrong Cabinet Products
As a Project Manager, I was responsible for design, field measures,
purchase ordering, maintaining budgets, organizing and setting up
subcontractors. Making sure jobs run clean and finish on a timely schedule.
I over see multiple projects and deal with superintendents, architects,
engineers and owner groups. Make sure RFI's, submittals, take-offs,
contracts and change orders are up to date. Making sure work was up to
code. Well versed in public works/pre-veiling projects. Over 20 successful
projects over a five year span. Prices ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+
each project.
2000-2005 Owner, SCR West
As the sole working owner of this commercial and residential construction
company, I was responsible for
all facets of running a business. I would pull permits and build to code. I
would maintain the books. I would hire and run crews of workers. I would
deal with customers and with other contractors on a daily basis. I was
responsible for running multiple job sites. I also work alongside my
workers to ensure a quality- finished product. My business dealt in high
end coatings. Finish carpentry. painting, faux painting, faux finishing,
refinishing were the most trades used.

I did my refinishing & cabinetry apprenticeship here. I then was promoted
within
the company. I did general construction work, cabinet building and finish
carpentry. I was also responsible for running multiple job sites. I worked
closely with other tradesmen.
