solving the queries of end user's in Order Management tool (OM). Also
procuring orders for the clients and making changes to their current plans
and features.
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Manage Wireless orders and/or repair tickets as assigned in an effort
to provide the customer with end-to end service
. Provide remote solutions whenever possible if defined in customer

BRI, and ISDN PRI). Projects handled are Johnson and Johnson, Brookfield,
Hess Oil. Have experience of handling the Expense Management Tool (EM) and
also on MS Excel and Outlook. Built inventories and reports for the
particular sites in MS excel and performed the optimization, analysis and
audit.
