To Check the materials dimensions before materials going to the workshop for machining process.

To inspect the process of electro-mechanical actuator.
•
To give the technical specifications data to the worker for working purpose & coordinate with them.

To measure the Thrust, stroke, TCFC ( trunnion centre to fork centre),Timing, Speed of actuator,
•
To take the reading of HV TEST that is before HV TEST VALUE,HV VALUE & AFTER HV TEST
•
VALUE.
If the actuator comes from sites for maintenance purpose, inspect the problem & repaire it & again
•
check the job is operating in proper condition or not.
If the actuator is not operating on overload & travel protection, then make some adjustment on cam.
•
If the noise & vibration is coming from actuator,then again repaire the actuators nut holder & check
•
the screw & eliminate the vibration.
Once the inspection is done make the report of inspection.
•
Once the report is done send the job to the packing department .
