Role & Responsibility

. Preparing and updating In Process Quality Plan and Final Inspection

Quality Plan.

. Being a team leader maintaining 5S on shop floor.

. Maintaining defect wise and product wise nonconformity record.

. Analysis of internal or external rejection & solving it.

. Defect prevention with proactive troubleshooting.

. Ensuring and monitoring the process parameter according to the In

process quality plan..

. Visual inspection of each hose.

. Immediate reporting to the superior for any process parameters

deviating the quality plan.

1) Mini project:

Project Title: Done minor project on Robotics arm (mini project)--

Duration: 4 months (2012-13)

Project description: This project deals with shifting of small weight with

the help of Robotic arm

Final year project:

Project title: "Using gas kit in two wheeler vehicle & exhaust gas in

place of heat pad Duration: 1 Year (2013-14)

Project description: This project deals with the overcome of the Freezing

problem of LPG Cylinder in two wheeler gas kit engine by

using exhaust gas in place of heat pad.

ACADAMIC ACHIVEMENTS

. Workshop on ROBOTICS.

. Completed Training Course of CAD/CAM Catia of 1 month duration from

Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance Bhopal (CRISP)

. Completed Four weeks training on Damages in ICF coaches and

maintenance of Wagon Coaches at Coaching Depot Danapur, East Central

Railway.
