Role: Led Intel’s strategic effort to understand and penetrate the projection display ecosystem establishing relationships
with HDTV designers and manufacturers, optics, lamps and other key component suppliers.
• Negotiated and managed 1-, 2-, and 3-panel LCOS light engine development programs (on time/on budget).
• Supervised the manufacture and delivery of seven custom LCOS prototype HDTVs (>50”) for CES Intel technology
announcement (including CEO key note speech).

Role: Managed all aspects of the business operations, facilities, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain for this
consumer products business.
• Launched 12 award winning Intel ® Play ™ products in less than 3 years, on time and below target costs.
• Negotiated over 20 product development, licensing, sourcing and manufacturing deals at meets or exceeds positions
allowing the business unit to hit pricing and margin targets.
• Contacted/investigated various technologies for incorporation into the Intel ® Play ™ product line.
• Planned, managed and successfully executed a complex building remodel and facilities move for the Intel Smart Toy
Lab saving more than $250K in the process.
