1. As Human Resource:
Ideally been exposed to full organizational life cycle from Start up Phase, to
Growth Phase to Enterprise Phase.
Managed both strategic and operational aspect of the HR function right from
organization design and development to change management, compensation

Adopt DMAIC and Lean processes for further improvement of the process and improve
