EXPERIENCE, RESPONSIBILITIES,
ACHIEVEMENTS
ENT:
As being Consultant in ENT Department, I gained experience of teaching of
students
of Final, Fourth and Third Year MBBS by delivering Class Lectures and
clinical
demonstration in ward and OPD. Also worked as Senior Registrar in the same
Department
and gained experience in management of all types of ENT patients Including
outdoor,
emergencies, pre and post-operative cases. Performed all routine ENT
procedures both minor
as well as major ones like Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, SMR/Septoplasty,
Tracheostomy, Cortical Mastoidectomy, Radical Mastoidectomy,
Oesophagoscopy, Direct Laryngoscopy, Microlaryngeal surgery, Total
Laryngectomy, Myringoplasty, Intra-nasal Polypectomy, Ethmoidectomy, FESS,
Neck Dissections.
GENERAL SURGERY:
As being a Medical Officer in General Surgery, I gained experience in the
ward as well as
outdoor and emergency management of all cases with problems related to
General Surgery. I
have performed various surgical procedures like Lymph node Excision,
biopsy,
Appendicectomy, Hernia repair, Cholecystectomy, Gut anastomosis,
Thyroidectomy, both
individually as well as under the kind supervision of my seniors.
GENERAL MEDICINE:
As being a House Officer in General Medicine I gained knowledge of both
emergencies as
well as ward management of patients with medical problems and performed
minor
procedures like Lumbar Puncture, Peritoneal Tap, Pleural Tap, Peritoneal
Dialysis, and
Central Venous Cannulation.
