As a BPR and PI Lead helped the client in identifying key business processes and
suggested/demonstrated their potential benefits derived from those to be processes. The BPR
stream consisted of a series of workshops to engage the client business and IT stakeholders to
document the “as is” and develop the “to be” operating model, performance KPIs, process
models, business benefits, and change impacts. This was accomplished by rigorous pre
workshop preparation within the client and consulting team, developed a straw man for review and
refined in the business processes and helped them to their process improved their workshops.
