• Prepare physician on call schedules and coordinate physician schedule changes.

• Secure charts related to diagnostic tests, physical/occupational therapy reports, etc. and discuss issues with physician.

• Complete chart notes, as appropriate.

• Complete Attending Physician statements, handicap parking permits, jury duty requests, PE excuse notes, disability forms

• Obtain precertification and benefit information prior to procedures

• Coordinate referrals for ongoing services /needs physical therapy services and surgical procedures.Myelogram,Discogram

• Assist patients with ,vital signs, prep for procedures, obtain cultures if necessary, prep patient for appropriate examination, triaging for radiology studies
