In addition to all of the patient representative responsibilities, I also organize and direct all daily

activities of the office, conduction orientation and training of new employees, conduct interviews

for positions to be filled, take part in performance reviews, act as a liaison between doctor and

staff, develop and maintain schedules for both doctor and nurse practitioner, and filling in as

needed in any other capacity. Essentially function as an office manager due to the office location

status.
