Coach and Equipment - February 2014 to Present
Increased overall brand awareness and generated local media attention by creating press releases and media
kits for local media
outlets, which were later published in newspapers, online publications, and featured on radio stations.
• Generated record high sales for the online parts store with a bi-weekly email marketing campaign, which
also features a quarterly
newsletter.
• Responsible for creating product descriptions for items on the online store. Photographed and edited
hundreds of the products on
Adobe Photoshop for the online store.
• Purchased advertisement space in industry specific magazines and news outlets. Created Advertisements
for those outlets.
• Created a wealth of content for the Coach Bus Sales website, including a company blog. Also produced
company posters, brochures, and sell sheets. Currently implementing a social media campaign for the
company.
Community Habilitation Specialist/Respite Aide
Happiness House - 2011 to 2014
This is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing services for individuals with disabilities such as
autism and Down
syndrome.
• I was responsible for one-on-one assistance with Happiness House clients, which involved developing and
implementing a strategic
community habilitation program.
• This position required me to research each specific client and community, establish goals and objectives to
acclimate the client,
implement programs, and evaluate if those goals and objectives were achieved by the end of each month.
Guest Reception
Ramada Geneva Lakefront - 2009 to 2010
This position required me to effectively establish superior customer service in the hospitality field.
• I was responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, as well as making sure that the hotel provided
everything possible to ensure that our guests had a great experience.
