An experienced and certified Data Management consultant, I work for companies which implement SAP Business Suite Applications. I consider myself an expert in Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance. I am currently looking for a long term project with the prospect of implementing SAP NetWeaver MDM or SAP MDG, or establishing Enterprise Data Governance.

Work Experience
Data Management SAP Solution Designer, Eurasian Group, ENRC BTS, 2013 – present
I’m currently working for a large Kazakhstan mining company which implements SAP ECC across its branches in Kazakhstan and abroad. I am in charge of solution design regarding SAP ECC master data, Data Governance establishment and implementation of data management solutions. Also my duties include supervision of Data Quality Management and Data Migration. One of my achievements in this project was successful data migration and SAP ECC Go Life in our Zurich branch, Switzerland.
MDM Team Leader, SAP MDM & SAP MDG Solution Architect, Citia BTC, 2012 2013
For one year I worked for a Ukrainian IT consulting company. I was responsible for business line development and for SAP NetWeaver MDM and SAP MDG implementations where I acted as a business analyst and a technical architect as well. I was in charge of gathering information about stakeholders’ requirements, concept development, SAP NetWeaver MDM and SAP MDG configuration and development. Also I participated in a number of pre sales activities and created the first MDM and Data Governance competence centre in Ukraine.
Project Manager, SAP Data Architect, IBS Group, 2010 2012
I participated as a System Analyst and an MDM Solution Designer in some SAP NetWeaver MDM and SAP ERP implementations. I was in charge of requirements gathering, solution design and SAP configuration. In addition I was responsible for pre sales activities and team coaching. My most important achievement was SAP NetWeaver MDM implementation at Rosatom, the largest SAP NetWeaver MDM project in Europe. MDM has been successfully implemented in about 200 Rosatom business units across Russia. On this project I acted as SAP MDM configuration team leader and was awarded a diploma for SAP NetWeaver MDM Implementation at Rosatom.
SAP Master Data Management Team Leader, SAP Data Architect, UMC, 2009 2010
I was responsible for SAP NetWeaver MDM implementation and was in charge of requirements gathering, solution design, SAP NetWeaver MDM configuration and development, testing and documenting. I also acted as a Data Management Solution Designer in SAP ERP implementation and was responsible for data cleansing and data migration to SAP ERP. In both of these projects I assisted in establishing Enterprise Data Governance and Data Stewardship.
SAP NetWeaver MDM Senior Consultant, MDM Team leader, IKT Group, 2006 2009
During these three years I was involved in some SAP NetWeaver MDM and SAP ERP implementations, and Data Integration Processor (DIP) development – data management software. Then I implemented DIP in two companies, Alrosa and Donetsk Steel. I was responsible for the design of technical architecture and data architecture. Within IKT Group I acted as a system analyst and a business analyst, and improved the Enterprise Data Management approaches of IKT Group’s clients.
Data steward, Head of MDM Division, Head of Data Governance Office, NTMK, 2004 2006
In 2004 I started out as a Data Steward and my duties included maintenance of SAP R/3 Material Master, master data cleansing and classification. Then I graduated to the positon of Head of Master Data Maintenance Division, then to the Head of Data Governance Office. I was a key component of the Enterprise Information Management Program in NTMK and EVRAZ as well. I actively participated in SAP R/3 and SAP NetWeaver MDM implementation. I was in charge of data analysis, development of technical specifications and SAP MM, SAP NetWeaver MDM configuration.
Industrial Experience
I have worked in manufacturing and engineering companies such as Gazprom, Rosatom, Alrosa, EvrazHolding etc. Most of my experience has been in Oil and Gas, Nuclear Industry, Metallurgy, Engineering, Mining and Energy. In addition I have some experience in Insurance and Financial Services.
