Job Profile:- For performing Training need identification exercise, preparing Annual

Training Plan and budget, execution of training program, performing post training activities,

planning, facilitating & coordinating Organization Development initiatives and maintaining

necessary records and documents pertaining to the function.

Summary:-

Principal Responsibilities Supporting Actions

Identify the Training Needs 1) Get the training needs from reporting managers.

Prepare Annual Training Plan. 1) On the basis of volume of TNI, TNI pending from

last year, availability of trainer, the duration of each

program prepare the training calendar.

2) Once the annual training calendar is approved by

T&D Head, HCGA head and Unit head, make

quarterly and monthly training calendar.

Post training 1) Give the feedback to the trainer

2) Escalating the absentees list to the DH (HR)

3) To assess the effectiveness of training, interview

the reporting managers.

Unplanned Trainings Coordinate with the trainers, trainees, invite them

for training, give feedback, maintain records and

lists. Incorporate the same in monthly calendars.

Coordination in case of External 1) Incase of external trainer, coordinate for his

trainer accommodation, meals, vehicle(stay), gate pass etc.

2) Get the bills approved related to External Trainer

4) Incase the employees are sent for outbound

training, coordinate with the external agencies.

Bond Preparation In case the training imparted to any employee is

above Rs 35000, get the necessary approvals, make

the bond and get it signed.

Organization Development 1) Identify the appropriate OD activity

2) Organize Organizational Development Activities

Record & Documentation 1) Preparing and maintaining necessary records and

documents pertaining to the function such as

Feedback Forms, Attendance Sheets, Test Papers,

and Feedback Analysis etc.

2) Maintain all records as per audit standards, for

MIS and Training Matrix

Coordinating joining procedure and formalities,

preparation of joining report,appointment letter,

Joining & On boarding

salary structure and personal files.

Apprentice Joining & On boarding 1) Coordinating joining procedure and formalities,

preparation of joining report.

2) Updating Apprentice Master.
