Quest Diagnostics 02/05 present Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients to perform

clinical specimen collections according to establish procedures. Responsible for completing requisitions

accurately. Call clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test orders, and obtain accurate billing information.

Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by all test order. Package all specimens for transport.

PARKLAND HOSPITAL 12/12 06/13 Collecting inpatient phlebotomy from geriatrics, inmates, psychiatric,

telemetry, neonatal, burn unit…etc.

Carter Bloodcare 04/03 11/04 Performed all task related to the collection of whole blood, special

donations and apheresis collection using the automated red blood cell technology. This includes donor

screening, phlebotomy, quality control and standard operating procedures.

Labcorp 03/01 04/03 Collected blood samples from patients ordered by the physician, labeling tubes,

centrifuging the blood and have it ready to be sent to the lab.
