Project: SCADA based fire Protection System

Customer: DRDO CFEES Delhi

Description: SCADA system have capability to monitoring and controlling

of fire suppression by sensor as per IS standards .Monitoring such as

temperature monitoring, gas monitoring, Heat flux sensor monitoring

and pressure monitoring can be done on the PLC panel and viewed through

SACDA software . Controlling such as imaging system, water mist system,

Actuator, Solenoids, Pumps, Motor and Air ventilation system can be

done through PLC and viewed through SCADA software. Monitoring and

Controlling has been automated through our sophisticated data

acquisition system which comprises HONEYWELL PLC for integrating all

the sensor and actuator and switches. And EXPERION SCADA software is

used for viewing GUI display.

Testing and Calibration Experience

Having 1.5 year experience in Testing and Calibration of the

instruments in Industrial Engineering Instruments [IEICOS] from March 2013

to September2014.

Roles and Responsibility:

> Performing calibration on force, dimensional, pressure, temperature,

torque and testing done for motor, torque, vibration equipment.

> Calibrating the tools and equipment used for material testing in

different industries like production and construction.

> Ensuring all the equipment are calibrated on a periodic basis.

> Reviewing and comparing the data collected from the calibration

machines and the ideal data.

> Analysing the data and producing reports based on them.

> Scheduling and maintain contact with the current and prospect

customers.

> Coordinating outside vendors to schedule calibration on site.
