Working as Manager - Commercial and Administration in M/s MRO-TEK Ltd., a
leading Networking / Telecom-IT ISO certified company in India having a
turnover of Rs. 100 Cr +.
Commercial & Logistics Activity:
. Overall responsibility to handle commercial, Logistic activities to
execute the orders within the stipatuted time frame and timely delivery
of goods at various customer locations.
. Responsibility for CST/VAT Sales, E1 Sales, High Sea Sales, and Excise
exempted order execution.
. Responsibility for Debt Management/Credit Control, Study and analysis of
ageing of debt and C, D & H forms transaction (Tax concession forms), TDS
certificates etc from various customer accounts like Roamware-USA, AT&T-

. Extensive experience of courier for making schedule for in/out shipments
(courier/imports/Vendor/stock transfer.

Excise duty procedure, Customer clearance and follow the guideline.

. Knowledge Domestic Cargo & Customs clearance for IT, Telecom & Wireless
equipment Procurement.
. Co-ordination with supplier for Imports & continuous monitoring, tracking
& follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules.
. Planning & preparing strategies for supply chain management with Sales &
Marketing team and implementing for smooth operations.
. Knowledge warehouse/Store, logistics functions and inventory management.
. Monitoring stock availability, making appropriate arrangements to ensure
on scheduled deliveries of pending orders.

Achievements:
. Bharti Groups (Airtel): Airtel is one of the biggest customers for MRO-
TEK and 80% business come from North Region. Year-to-Year Airtel business
is growing and MRO-TEK has getting business approx 30.0 Crs to 100 Crs
yearly. My prime responsibility is timely shipment of ordered items,
delivery, i-portal updation, timely review of payment reconciliation and
collection, Form-C reconciliation and collection, AMC tracking for out of
warranty units etc.
. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (DOT): In the year 1998 MRO-Tek had supplied
material to DOT on various locations. But till Jun' 2001 MRO-Tek could
not collect the balance 10% payment after the desperately follow-up in 03
years. One time company decided to write-off the money. After my join the
company I have given my best efforts to collect the balance 10% payment
within 4 months. For this I have been rewarded.
. Office Leasing: Review the Leasing of property for office space &
interior work for MRO-TEK Delhi office and save the 60% of Rent.

Worked as Executive - Commercial in M/s Novell Software (India). The
Company has contribution in manufacturing of Computer Software's & Software
Development with a turnover of Rs. 55 cr.
