Duties: Responsible for production and branch administration for an eighteen branch commercial banking
region. Had 165 employees, $500,000,000 in deposits and annual loan production in excess of
$130,000,000. The commercial loan portfolio exceeded $250,000,000. Responsible for credit approval in
addition to administration. As Vice President/Real Estate, I took over a mediocre real estate unit, added a
more profitable product line, hired additional lenders, added a sales culture and took them to number one
based on dollars recorded in the Chelan and Douglas County market areas within six months. Other

Banking Department. Originated a builder banking portfolio which included residential development,
construction and custom construction loans. Became the top producer within six months. Brought six of
the top builders and developers in the Seattle area into the Bank.

Phoenix. This unit averaged $120,000,000 per year in production under my guidance.
