Ensure and confirm SOX compliance.

Approve payment of accurately invoiced P.O.line items; reconciled P-CARD purchase

statements; and approved shipping invoices. Generate blocked invoice report. Review

blocked invoice report, investigate and resolve cause of blockages. Investigate and

resolve “problem invoices” submitted from corporate accounting. Release invoices for

payment.

Conduct spot-checks to monitor inventory accuracy. Perform sufficient weekly cycle

counts required to complete two cycles per fiscal year.

Participate in corporate MRO buyers conference calls as scheduled. Implement

corporate directives.

Assist as necessary to maintain safe, efficient daily departmental operations
