More than 20 years in construction industry, I am already exposed in all
engineering aspects in both vertical and horizontal construction with oversea and
domestic construction experience. I am well verse in structural and finishing
coordination, drawing coordination, building construction, construction scheduling
and building maintenance. I was involved with different top Japanese contractors,
currently working in the Construction of New Doha International Airport (Emiri
Terminal VVIP Pavilion Project) Carpark and Mosque under Takenaka Corporation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assists the construction manager to ensure that the elements of
building construction projects are completed according to time, budget
and the company accepted quality standards. This could include
architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical aspects of technical
design, drawings and specifications, engineering estimates and project
budgets and job scheduling.
. Coordinating with MEP in related to Architectural and Structural
works.
. Reviewing documents submitted by sub contractor such as Materials
submission, Method of Statement (MOS) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
documents.
. Reviewing Shop Drawings issued by our design team.
. Preparing and issuing latest drawing information to site Engineer in
charge in order to implement it on site during site execution.
. Preparing 3 weeks look ahead schedule to present and explain it to
consultant (Bechtel/ADPI) during our progress and construction
meeting.
. Preparing detailed schedule to be use internally for the whole Emiri
Terminal building using Microsoft project.
. Preparing Mock-up schedule to present and discuss it to consultant
(Bechtel/Adpi) during mock up meeting.
. Attending weekly Construction & Progress meeting with the consultant
(Bechtel/Adpi).
. Attending daily sub contractor meeting to monitor the progress of
construction schedule, material documents submission and material
target delivery.
. Involve in Quality Control Management.
. Involve in Safety Management.
. Preparing internal snag list/punch list to issue it to site Engineer
immediately action.
. In charge in closing of snag list and punch list items issued by
Consultants and Clients.
. Involve in QCDD inspection and rectification.
. Involve in room integrity testing inspection.
. Attending site inspection in the factory.
. Monitoring site progress in order to report to consultant during
weekly progress meeting.
. Follow up the materials to sub contractor and to our own internal
procurement team the all necessary material delivery requires on site.
