PERSONALITY
As an outgoing individual friendly with people of all ages, upon the request of my friends or
colleagues at the company, I was always seen as an individual willing to support or help people
who are around me. For example, helping my company colleague with his given duties or
preparation of his project report overnight, etc.
My such helpful character is seen as either my strength or often my weakness.
Never been absent from my schools from elementary to high schools and received “12 years
consecutive” attendance award. There were times that I had to leave the class because of my
fever, but I have never failed to attend the class in the first place.
My desire for achievement on my duties led me to many awards and certificates described above.
LIFE MOTTO
My family motto is “BE THE ONE WHO ARE IN DEMAND” and to follow such motto I always
respected the elders and loved the youngers. And also had in mind, the strong aspiration to be a
credible co-worker and employee.
ASPIRATION
As according to my family motto, I always do my best on my duty under any circumstances,
spending every minute of my life with strong motivation and willingness. My work ethic is “Failure
after the challenge is more worthy than no trial against hardness”, preparing strong foundation of
my life with all the eagerness and trial. I believe that one must select the work that he has his best
interest for the effective work execution and result. And also the work must make him
acknowledge the importance of his work and give direction to his visions. My career experience in

My hope
In the current trend where everything changes fast, I believe creativity is essential more than
any values each individual needs.
Single different thought can create unexpected synergy and ability to see in a different angle
on the subject, and a unique way of conducting given duty is essential.
Sense of ownership enabling active work carry-out and constant self-development are part of
professionalism Self-development is also required not to get behind in the current society where
competition is stiff.
Wanting to have various career experience and skills, I wanted to take initiative and set an
example as an individual who excels in every field although the job carries much hardship and
Generalization. I’ll give my best and be credited for my work and skills.
I also believe one of the most important word to remind is “Customer”, giving satisfaction
