Manage the day to day operations of the entire store, which includes handling all store

level calls and issues that involve customers, vendors, auditors, and associates. Ensure

t hat financial performance of assigned store departments meet target sales and profit

goals, which involves managing markdown budgets and controlling shrink. Strategically

manage the merchandising of product in assigned areas to boost profit and sales.
