Quality Engineer III, Canton, Mississippi: Responsible for investigating and correcting issues with supplier parts

through developing partnerships within Nissan and CK. Lead corrective action using 8D and root cause analysis using

problem solving methods and continuous improvement techniques. Support Exhaust, Underbody, HVAC front/rear,

LCV van and New 2016 Titan models lines. Review trial parts and support launch of various parts. Support production

floor for daily issues, process improvement and schedule cross functional meetings and activities to achieve quality,

safety and production goals. If needed, initiate containment sorting utilizing 3rd party to in-house yard audits with

reviewing documents to create various Pareto charts. Coordinate part campaigns for retrofit/rework of parts. Update

Quality Manager, Southeastern Anodizing Company (Seaco), Clanton, Alabama, 3/2013: Responsible for

managing the 2nd shift team of 22 employees. Trained and supervised quality inspectors to inspect multiple metal

finishing aluminum parts which were anodized. Responsible for implementing TS 16949 compliant quality system,

managing customer and supplier quality concerns; implementing and managing FES and QSE corporate quality

requirements and ISO/TS 16949 representative. Reviewed APQP and involved with AIAG and PPAP reports.

Trouble-shoot issues, liaison between vendor and plant manager and supplier relations with customer service
