Senior Project Manager

Express Group Holdings, through its operating divisions of Express

Integrated Technologies, EIT Canada Ltd., Express Metal

Fabricators, LLC and St. George Steel Fabricators, engineers,

designs, fabricates and installs heat transfer and environmental

compliance technologies, principally for the Energy Exploration,

Power Generation, Refining, Chemical and Mining industries.

Responsible for all aspects of management over $160 million EPC

contract with Conoco Phillips for their Surmont 2 OTSG Oil Sands

Project in Alberta Canada.

Coordinate with Executive Management, Home Office Engineering,

Contracts, Accounting, Cost, Scheduling and Quality Assurance.

Assigned to jobsite as Site Resident Manager to oversee

installation of EIT supplied OTSG boiler equipment. Installation

includes equipment set, piping, supports, alignments, hydro testing

and closeout for turnover to startup.

Coordinate on-site activities with our client representatives, site

staff, subcontractors and vendors.

Coordinate on-site Quality Control and Turnover to client in

support of start-up and testing

Establish safety and quality culture for division and enforce

policies

Responsible for overall management, support and performance of

Eastern Operations including Cranberry and Kansas City offices and

all projects emanating from those offices with full P&L

Communicates and coordinates regularly with all corporate support

organizations such as Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, Sales,

etc. to optimize Divisional performance.

Coordinate with other NAES construction divisions to assure

consistency in operations, policies and strategic focus.

Work with operations and executive management to develop strategies

for continued growth and profitability to meet owners established

targets

Integrate and coordinate cross selling activities across all NAES

divisions

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and

events including participation on the program committee for the

Electric Power Conference
