Vice President of Distribution position within your organization.

I am a supply chain/logistics executive with extensive experience in the

areas of retail distribution operations, direct-to-consumer fulfillment

operations, and transportation. I have spent the past 25 years leading

logistics teams for successful retailers such as Limited Brands and JoAnn

Stores. In addition, I have spent five years in the 3rd Party Logistics

industry with Exel Inc supporting major retailers including Toys R Us,

Walmart, and Diesel. Key competencies and skill sets are as follows:

P&L Management: Demonstrated competence in managing highly automated

and sophisticated distribution and fulfillment center operations,

including a $100+ million budget with oversight of 1,500-2,000

associates.

Solution Design & Implementation: Successfully planned and

implemented several operational start-ups including state-of-the art

distribution and fulfillment centers for Victoria's Secret, Coty Inc.,

Jo Ann Stores, and Think Geek. These operational solutions included

the integration of complex and sophisticated material handling,

warehouse management, and transportation systems. Capital investment

for these solutions ranged from $25-50 million.

Change Management: Championed several cross-functional teams and

initiatives aimed at delivering the highest level of service at the

lowest "landed" cost. These initiatives delivered significant speed

to market improvements with logistics expense savings in excess of $1

million annually.
