Hired by industry leading manufacturer of complex electro-mechanical assembly functions on sub-
assemblies (wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing). After three months,
advanced to monitor equipment performance and made adjustments (set-ups, calibrations and
alignments). June 1984 was promoted Electronic Technician assisting Engineers in designing and
developing electro-mechanical systems and equipment in such product lines as equipment, power
supplies, system prototypes, breadboards, and control and safety devices. Using data from blueprints and
drawings, mechanically fabricated, assembled, tested, adjusted, burned-in and performed final
inspections. Major duties included servicing and maintenance, ensuring final standards and specifications
were met. Two years later promoted to Quality Control Inspector to perform a diverse array of inspection,
quality control, and troubleshooting functions and duties, using appropriate instruments (SPC, etc.) in
acceptance testing for diverse PC boards, lasers and many other electronic assemblies supplied by
vendors. Performed troubleshooting and repair to component level of boards returned from Production,
Field Service and Customers. In April 1995 promoted to System Specialist to provide mechanical
software set-up, modification and evaluation of complex electro-mechanical and optical systems. Critical
responsibility for identifying subsystems that required improvement and devised and suggested concepts
and procedures that brought multiple systems to full conformance and performance specifications.

top-level expertise in supporting manufacturing processes. Completed work assignments exactly to
