Just return to finish a short term tour from a leading Petroleum & Oil Refineries repair

and Maintenance concern ORYX ENGINEERING SOLLUTION, LLC at QATAR,

RAS LAFFAN as an Operator of Universal Cylindrical Grinder with Mechanical

Fitter in Machine Shop.

Presently, working from 23/10/2005 to till date ( 10 years) with AL-RASHED

FASTENRS in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2nd Industrial Area. Dammam) as an

Operator of Universal Cylindrical Grinder with Mechanical Fitter. An Export-oriented

ISO-9001:2000 Certified Nut & Bolt Manufacturing Concern in the Kingdom. A group

company of Rashed Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed and Sons(RAR Group).

Design and manufacture of High/Medium/Low tensile Bolts, Screw, Nuts, Stud Bolt,

Anchor Bolt etc. in natural black, hot deep galvanized, electro zinc plated finish for

application in Oil and Natural Gas Industry, Tower Fabrication Construction Industry,

Heavy Earth Moving Equipment Industry and Other Allied Industries.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Grinding is a noble trade. So, finishing and accuracy is the main aim in this field. So, I

am always tried to maintain it properly.

* Operate machines to manufacture components to tight tolerance (.01mm & .001") and

deadlines.

Set up equipment’s to perform internal, external, surface and other similar grinding

operation on steel and carbide tools and dies, jigs, fixture, circular and multiple form tools,

cutter, shaft or special item.

Plan sequence of operation, select methods of holding work piece and verify dimension,

tolerance, tooling and grinding requirements. Select and balancing of grinding wheels,

measure work piece to determine amount of material removed.

Mount grinding wheels, angle of wheel, monitor spindle position/cutting

depth/speed/feed/coolant flow to detect work defects or machine malfunctions.

Install, align and secure tooling, attachments and parts on machine and dress of grinding

wheels regarding grinding operation to drawing specification.

* Carry out in process dimensional inspections and measurements using a wide range of

measuring tools.

* Manually adjust machine settings to correct malfunctions or out of tolerance machining.

Perform secondary operation to obtain high finish requirements.

* Ensure that all job related paper work and technical reports are accurately completed and

submitted.

* Maintenance of machine, measuring instruments, tools and surrounding area.Notify

supervisor of unusual equipment and operating problems.

Mainly, I am engage with Precision Grinding Machine(Furnish below) to make several

supporting Tools & Dies as per the drawing for continuous production of Hot and Cold

forging Nut and Bolt, screw, studs bolt, anchor bolt etc. Responsible for completion of job

work within stipulated tolerance with high precision finish. also support the Maintenance

Dept.to fulfill their requirement as per the drawing and sample when they are repair any

breakdown machine. Any other job given by the supervisor to accomplish the objectives.

Responsible in achieving to Companys quality policy and objectives. Any emergency or

urgent situation or absence of any colleague, attend this and try to overcome from this

situation as soon as possible. When any colleague is under vacation, I am taking his place

as per the order to our Dept.Incharge.

Worked with INDO-THAI FLEXIBLE TUBES LTD.at Kolkata as a CNC Production

Machine Operator from 2003 to 2005. An Export-oriented ISO-9002 Certified Co.

Manufacturing of metal (Brass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum etc)pipe, hose, bellow, wire

braiding various sizes, grade, weight and length as per requirement for use in Beverage,

Nuclear, Automobile, Steel, Oil and Gas Industry.

Worked with SAFFROYS at Kolkata as a Mechanical Fitter cum Grinder from 2001

to 2003. An engineering unit assembling medical capsule manufacturing machine.

Worked with ASAP TOOLS Pvt Ltd.at Kolkata as a Cylindrical & Surface Grinder

from 1997 to 1999. A general Mechanical Engineering order suppliers.

Responsible for the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the Cylindrical Grinding

Machining operation of Universal Cylindrical Grinding like rollers, roll, shaft of lengths 1

meter/2meters straight, taper, plunge cut, step, profile, face and ID grinding like straight

hole, taper hole, profile hole of several tools and various sizes die, carbide die etc. also

freely execute to several types of Surface Grinding and Universal Tool and Cutter

Grinding Operation. Read and realize engineering drawing and blue print, studying work

order, engineering plans, material specification, mathematical calculation and symbol.

Also, known to handle confidently wheel balancing, grinding tools all type of hand tools,

machine tools and measuring instrument & gauges who are found in a modern Mechanical

Engineering concern and mainly use in Tool Room, Machine Shop Maintenance &

Production Dept.
