Administrative Management:

* Plumbing; perform basic repairs to incoming/outgoing pipes and residential fixtures

* Painting/drywall; patch holes and hang new drywall sheets and finish work

* Property inspections for preventative and modification/repair maintenance needs

* Supervision and inspection of third party vendor repairs

Program Development:

* Develop and monitor budgets to ensue fiscal assets available to meet obligations

* Develop inspection plans to ensure serviceable status of amenities and stay abreast of property issues

* Create technical documents, i.e. policy and procedure manuals, contract proposals etc.

Facilities Management:

* Maintain relationships with community and civil entities to stay abreast of property needs and issues

* Regulate policy parameters for facilities hours of operation, access control, inventory control

* Schedule working hours and functions of assigned staff
